An open white space with a lot of daylight and minimal furniture to allow for creative freedom and maximization.
It features 2 additional setups - A White Molded Wall and A Wooden Setup with plants.
Terrace
A huge open space. Think of it as a blank canvas with endless possibilities. Morning yoga? Workout Tutorial?
Pop up? The floor is yours!
The space is available for hire Monday to Sunday.

About This Space
This studio space is 320 square feet indoors, 480 square feet outdoors, with 9 feet tall ceilings and tiled floors. Expect a lot of daylight on sunny days. The building is a commercial space, so there is a driveway with limited parking and no elevators. Bathrooms/Restrooms are conveniently located in the studio space. It comes furnished with a few stools, plants and decorative pieces.
Additionally - the space includes select equipment: Wifi, Clothing Rack & Hangers. Located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, this space is within walking distance to a supermarket and pharmacy, and cafes.
Frequently Answered Questions:
1. We allow for furniture to be moved, be sure to place them back as found when leaving the space.
2. Due to the nature of the space, no smoke machines are allowed.
3. Smoking is prohibited indoors. There will be a charge if not adhered.
4. An on-site manager will be present for assistance.
5. There are no additional lights/backdrops in this space, feel free to provide yours and specify during booking.
